I am a medical marijuana patient that was growing for my own personal use under a doctor's prescription. The Sheriff's department busted my door and arrested me charging me with 4 felonies; cultivation, possession for sale, theft of a public utility and committing a felony while in possession of a fire arm. The DA wanted me sentience me to 3 years, however the Public Defender said if I plead guilty to all 4 felonies, I would probably only do 16 months in state prison. Considering the fact that under California law, I was entitled to use, grow, be in possession of medical marijuana, and the fire arm was licensed to me and securely stored in a gun safe, in my bedroom in a separate building from where the medical marijuana was being grown, I did not believe that the PD was doing me any favors. 

A friend recommended that I call Joe Vodnoy and I'm glad that I did. Joe's fee was much less than the other lawyers that I talked to and I received no prison time. The cultivation, possession for sales and firearm charges were all dismissed and I made restitution to the public utility company. Instead of 3 years in a state prison with a possibility of early release after 16 months, I received 3 years probation and they will expunge the felony from my record after 16 months. Talk about the scales of justice!  On one side of the scales we have prison, on the other side probation. I have truly learned the meaning of the "you get what you pay for."  Joe Vodnoy kept me out of prison at a very affordable price even taking payments. I highly recommend Joseph Vodnoy, his service is not expensive, it is pricless!

Joe Vodnoy is an incredibly competent attorney. He is kind, hardworking and diligent in his efforts. He has a long history of success which is what brought me to him in the first place. He got a wonderful result for my son and I couldn't have been more pleased. He was also cheaper than some of the other attorneys I spoke with. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Joe helped me during a very difficult time and got me a wonderful result. Thank goodness there are criminal defense attorneys out there like Joe who can help a family during a very difficult time. If you need a great criminal defense attorney - you should definitely call him. I think he also does personal injury cases.

Joe is a fantastic charismatic criminal defense attorney. He's genuinely interested in helping people and he's actually a lot cheaper than the other attorneys with his years of experience (he has over 30 years doing this!!!). Experience speaks louder than action AND words. His staff is wonderfully supportive and seem to be on top of everything. I'd highly recommend him and his partner if you have issues at the federal level.

I totally agree with Sarah. Joe did a great job for us too. It's tough when you need a criminal defense lawyer and he made the whole thing easier. He also won our case. I definitely think you should call him.
